Session of the All Party Parliamentary Group for Lyme Disease – 08 May 18

Earlier today Michelle Donelan MP chaired the first session of the All Party Parliamentary Group for Lyme Disease’s parliamentary enquiry into Lyme Disease in the UK.

The APPG interviewed the Chair of the recent NICE Lyme disease Guidelines Committee, Professor Saul Faust and committee member Dr Norma O’Flynn. The minutes from the session will be published.

I hope we can raise greater awareness about Lyme disease as well as push for more research and investment into the area.

Voluntary Organisations Meeting- 23rd January 2018

We held a very helpful meeting in Parliament on 23rd January 2018 with all the Charities, Voluntary Organisations and Patient Groups involved in Lyme disease. Each of the attending organisations gave a 5 minute statement on who they were, what they did and what they would like to see the APPG achieve. These presentations can be found on the publications section of our site.
